General Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided items are unused and in their original packaging.
⚠️ Important: Blind Box Products
Opened blind boxes CANNOT be returned or exchanged unless:
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product was damaged during shipping
- You received an incorrect product
Please inspect your order carefully before opening the packaging.
Quality Issues
For quality issues, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the problem. We will:
- Send a replacement, or
- Offer a full refund
